How to Order Products

On-Line

To place an on-line order for any of our products, or to view the list of products we offer, click here for our secure shopping cart.

You can also shop using our Product Index A-Z or By Category by using the roll out under the View Products on the left column of any page.

When you receive an email confirmation of your order, you know that your order has been received and will be shipped out within 2-3 business days.

Please note:
Due to the high incidence of international credit card fraud, we cannot accept credit card orders from the following countries: Cambodia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Ghana, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, Laos, Libya, Morocco, North Korea, Republic of Georgia, Republic of Macedonia, Romania, Russia, Sudan, Syria & Vietnam. If you wish to place an order from one of these countries, you will need to send us an international money order (see below) or a wire transfer. Also we cannot accept orders under any circumstances, regardless of payment method, for Afghanistan, Germany (see below), Mexico (see below), Nigeria, and Malaysia.

We also reserve the right to cancel any credit card order that we deem suspicious or fraudulent.

Important Customs Note:
There are some countries which have questionable customs practices, issues with theft, or prohibit the importation of products which are legal in the USA. Evenbetternow, LLC, will not be responsible for what foreign customs authorities do with your package, however we will work with you in what ever way we can to help ensure you receive your order.

Our business hours for answering calls are 8:30am - 12:00pm Monday through Friday. We are on Pacific Time, April through October, and Mountain Time, November through March.

Payment by Phone:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit/debit cards. For Visa, MasterCard and Discover we need the last 3-digits verification code on the back of the card, and for American Express we need the 4-digit verification number on the front of the card above your name.


By Fax

To order by fax, please list the items you wish to order and include your:

1. Name, Shipping Address (Billing Address if different from Shipping) and Telephone Number
2. Credit Card Number
3. Expiration Date
4. Name as it appears on the card.
5. Discover & AMEX: Require the CVV2 Number; for Discover it's the last 3 digits on the right hand side on the back of the card where you sign your name, for AMEX it's the 4 digits on the front of the card above your name

N.B. When faxing your order, if you want to know the shipping charge before we process your order and/or you have a preference on the method or speed of delivery, indicate that you want us to call you first. Otherwise, heavier items will be shipped standard UPS ground and lighter items sent USPS 1st Class at the rates that apply to your shipping address.


By Check or Money Order

You can send us a certified check or money order (in U.S. funds) if you call us first at 520-877-2637 or email us by clicking here to get the exact total for your order. When sending a check/m.o. please list the items and quantities of each item you want. Be sure to include your shipping address and phone number.

Western Union or MoneyGram
We do accept money wired through Western Union or MoneyGrams from either domestic or international locations. You will need to contact us first to get the exact total for your order. Call us at 520-877-2637.

Shipping Information

International

We offer two options for International Mail service. They are First Class International and Priority International. We do not offer Express International. Parcel Post International no longer exists.

First Class International - estimated time of delivery really varies depending on the country it is going to. At our checkout, we state 6 - 21 business days, not including customs clearance. In some cases, the package can arrive as soon as 6 days, but can take much longer if US Post chooses to ship it surface. Package weight is limited to 4 lbs. maximum.

Priority Mail International - estimated time of delivery is 6 - 10 business days, not including customs clearance.

Please Note: Depending on the country, customs clearance can take up to 30 days, even if there isn't an issue.

First Class Mail International is not trackable at all.

As a favor to international customers, we sometimes lower the value declared on the customs form unless the product total is under $40 or above $250. We do this to help eliminate or at least lower the cost of any taxes or duty that apply. We also mark "gift" on the customs form for USPS shipments.

Important Customs Note:

Mexican Customers

Due to tightening of border controls, we are unable to send packages to Mexico unless you have an import license for the products we carry. We suggest if you'd like to be able to receive our products that you have them shipped to a relative in a US bordering town, and then have them send you the package.

German Customers

We regret that we are no longer able to send packages to Germany, as government officials have denied access of any nutritional supplements (without a pharmacy ID) into the country (either through US Mail or courier). We suggest if you want to order any of our products that you have them shipped to someone you know in a neighbouring country who can then give them to you.

Canadian Orders

As with all other international orders, we strongly recommend using UPS service for safe delivery of your order. Orders shipped via US Mail (First Class International or Priority International) to Canada will take longer to receive than via UPS due to customs clearance. The Canadian Postal Service may charge a $5.00 CDN handling fee at the time of delivery in addition to any Federal or Provincial sales tax that may apply.

As with all international orders, we send your order out marked as a "gift" and then email (or snail mail) your sales invoice separately to you to help eliminate or at least reduce the cost of brokerage fees and government taxes.

UPS shipments can be sent via Express Saver or Expedited. We have discountinued the UPS Canadian Standard service because customers were complaining of being charged for brokerage fees on their end which were not included in the shipping for Standard UPS service. The shipping costs for either UPS or USPS will be automatically displayed for you when placing your order on-line.

Canadians Please Note: Government taxes are not included in the cost of shipping.. Again, we sometimes lower the value on your customs form to help reduce the cost of any applicable taxes or duty.

In any event, Evenbetternow, LLC is not responsible for extra charges incurred at the point of delivery of your package.


Product Availability

If any of the products you ordered are not immediately available and are going to be on back order for an extended period of time, we will contact you within 2 business days to inform you of the item(s) back order status and to determine if you would like to:

A) “Ship Ahead” your shipment which means all items in stock will be shipped to the address you provided. When the backordered item(s) become available, we will ship them to you (UPS Ground, First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or First Class International or Priority Mail International) free of charge!

B) “Wait” until all items are available and your order will be shipped via the method you selected during checkout.


Return Policy

At Evenbetternow LLC, we firmly believe in the products we sell. If you purchase any of our products and change your mind about using them for any reason within 60 days, and have not opened or used them, simply return unopened product along with a copy of your original invoice and a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) note. We will issue you a prompt refund of your original purchase price (minus any shipping and handling charges).*

To obtain an RGA, contact us by calling our Customer Service Line at 520-877-2637, or email us by clicking here and a customer service representative will assist you.

*Please Note: Full product refunds are limited to orders of $150 or less. For orders over $150, there is a 15% restocking fee.

*Also Note: All sales on books are final and cannot be returned.

Recommended When Returning a Product(s): Because we cannot issue a refund unless we receive the product back, we strongly recommend you use a delivery service that can track the package (like UPS or FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail) or has a signature required option. This way if the package goes missing, gets lost or delivered to the wrong address, it can be traced.
